HOW DO I RECEIVE MY TICKET

If order is placed by 4:00pm DURING HOURS OF OPERATION, tickets will be processed and emailed the SAME DAY.
If order is placed AFTER 4:00PM DURING HOURS OF OPERATION, tickets will be processed the FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.
***Friday after 4:00pm, tickets are processed MONDAY***

• E-Ticket is not immediately sent.
• The E-Ticket will be processed during The Employee Network’s hours of operation and sent as an attachment to the EMAIL address supplied during checkout.
• E-Ticket CANNOT be picked up or accessed at the venue.

• The Employee Network’s hours of operation for ticket sales and order pick up are MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 8:30AM TO 5:00PM.
• The Employee Network office is CLOSED ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, AND ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS.
• The Employee Network is located at 136 W. Orion Street Suite D-9, Tempe, AZ 85283.

TICKET DETAILS

• THREE TERMINALS AVAILABLE: (1) Downtown Landing 320 Golden Shore, Long Beach (2) San Pedro Terminal Berth 95, San Pedro (3) Dana Point Terminal at Dana Wharf Sportfishing.
• RESERVATIONS REQUIRED.  Call 800-891-5652 to check availability prior to purchasing.
• CHECK IN one hour prior to departure.  Reservations held until 15 minutes prior to departure.
• BAGGAGE POLICY is limited to 50 pounds per bag.  Two bags per person (23”x23”x37” max) allowed.
• GOOD FOR 1 round trip ticket.
• ADMISSION for Long Beach, San Pedro, or Dana Point entry only.
• ADDITIONAL $2 per person charge payable at time of check-in for Dana Point departures.
• VALID during regularly scheduled hours.
• MUST BE USED by December 31, 2018.
• EXCLUDES travel on May 26-28, June 30-July 8, and September 1-3, 2018.
• Parking NOT INCLUDED.
• NOT valid for special and/or private events.
• ADDITIONAL FEES may apply at the venue for special attractions and/or activities.
• This special discounted rate is only available through The Employee Network; NOT AT THE GATE ENTRANCE.
• All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.  This includes undelivered and/or delayed tickets.
