HOW DO I RECEIVE MY TICKET

If order is placed BEFORE 4:00PM DURING HOURS OF OPERATION, tickets are emailed separately the SAME DAY.
If order is placed AFTER 4:00PM, tickets are emailed separately the FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.
***FRIDAY after 4:00pm, tickets are processed MONDAY***

  • E-Ticket is not immediately sent.
  • The E-Ticket will be processed during The Employee Network’s hours of operation and sent as an attachment to the EMAIL address supplied during checkout.
  • E-Ticket CANNOT be picked up or accessed at the venue.

  • The Employee Network’s hours of operation for ticket sales and order pick up are MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 8:30AM TO 5:00PM.
  • The Employee Network office is CLOSED ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, AND ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS.
  • The Employee Network is located at 136 W. Orion Street Suite D-9, Tempe, AZ 85283.

TICKET DETAILS

  • GOOD FOR 1 single day admission unless a multi-day ticket is purchased.
  • ADMISSION to Knott’s Berry Farm only.
  • VALID during regularly scheduled park hours.
  • MUST BE USED between March 17, 2018 to September 3, 2018.
  • Parking NOT INCLUDED.
  • NOT valid for special and/or private events.
  • ADDITIONAL FEES may apply at the venue for special attractions and/or activities.
  • This special discounted rate is only available through The Employee Network; NOT AT THE GATE ENTRANCE.
  • All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.  This includes undelivered and/or delayed tickets.
  • Individual rides may occasionally close due to maintenance and/or inclement weather conditions.  Visit the park website for possible scheduled ride closures.
