A Pioneer in Natural Refrigerant Technology is Available for Acquisition EcoThermics, a 10-year-old developer and pre-production manufacturer of a patented transcritical CO2 compressor, has hired Thomas Industries, Inc. to conduct an online auction to sell the company. EcoThermics a developer and pre-production manufacturer, is selling its innovative new type of high-performance transcritical CO2 compressor, based upon an axial, swash plate design platform. Utilizing naturally occurring carbon dioxide (CO2) as its refrigerant, the EcoThermics compressor is safe and climate-friendly, unlike traditional compressors that utilize synthetic refrigerants, which are toxic greenhouse gases. The Company’s key innovation lies in its superior patented design, which enables OEMs in virtually any market to build environmentally sustainable heating, cooling and refrigeration systems for diverse commercial, industrial, residential, mobile and portable applications. |
| STALKING HORSE BID

| Prior to Friday,
July 28, 2017 the opportunity exists for a stalking horse bid which
will provide a 10% consideration fee based upon the amount of the
stalking horse bid. If the stalking horse bidder is outbid they will
receive payment in the amount of 10% of their stalking horse bid.
Alternatively, if the stalking horse bidder bids in excess of their
stalking horse bid and is the high bidder they will receive a credit
equal to 10% of their stalking horse bid. PLEASE NOTE: If we do not
receive an opening Stalking Horse Bid the auction will take place as
scheduled on August 10, 2017 with the assets being sold subject to 24
hour confirmation. |

Bidder Approval/Deposit. All bidders will be required to provide a $5,000 refundable deposit prior to being approved for bidding. Thomas Industries, at their sole discretion, reserves the right to deny bidding privileges to any customer. Complete contact and address must be provided for bidders to be approved. Currency: (USD). This auction will be conducted in United States currency (USD) Buyer's Premium: 10% Auto Extend Bidding: If a bid is submitted with less than 3-minutes remaining, the closing time for that lot will be extended by 3-minutes. Subject to Confirmation: All bids will be subject to 24-hour confirmation by the Seller. Payment Terms: If the Seller confirms the highest bid, the high bidder will be notified and invoiced. The buyer will have 48 hours from notification to wire transfer 25% of their confirmed bid price. The balance will be due in full by wire transfer no later than August 22, 2017. Payment Types: Certified Check or Wire Transfer As-Is Where-Is: All Items Are Sold "As-Is Where-Is" With No Warranty or Guarantee of Operating Condition.
