HitouchXL Carwash
AutoDrop’s HitouchXL™ Carwash facility is the first of its kind: a
parking garage-based Polishing Tunnel that has pushed industry
benchmarks in both design and engineering along with a number of
electrical and plumbing innovations that were previously thought
improbable. The result is a modern marvel that reclaims up to 90% of
its water runoff, which is then recycled back into the system.
HitouchXL’s Motor Control Center, which modulates equipment energy,
combines with other uses of sustainable technology throughout its
eco-friendly and highly efficient system. The HitouchXL™ boasts
aluminum frame construction for extended life and durability; improved
chemical applicators, oscillating soft-touch scrubbers for roofs and
wrap-around mitters for better front and back cleaning of customers’
vehicles.
AutoDrop, Inc. partnered with equipment manufacturer, Motor City Wash
Works of Bloomfield Michigan, Service One of White Plains NY and
General Contractor Natoli Construction of Pine Brook NJ to produce a
cutting-edge design customized for AutoDrop’s unique needs.
The HitouchXL™ produces nine (9) services online inside
the tunnel,
with descriptions included below:
- Exterior Wash: This service
applies a combination of
Blue Corral detergent and hi-pressure, spot-free water that ultimately
rids the exterior of any dirt, debris and/or other contaminants and
unsightly appearances.
- Underbody Wash: This service
applies a combination of
Blue Corral detergent and hi-pressure, spot-free water underneath the
vehicle to offer a complete cleaning solution for all suspension
components.
- Air Dry: A combination of 5 motors
totaling 50
Horsepower deliver a powerful and steady stream of high velocity air to
dry vehicles front-to-back.
- Clear Coat Wax: AutoDrop’s
exclusive wax supplier is
world renowned Armorall, which provides vehicles with a shine and
polish encompassing its entire surface, front to back.
- Surface Protectant: AutoDrop’s
exclusive provider of
Surface Protectants is Rain-ex, which protects vehicles’ top surface
from corrosive damage due to weather and general wear and tear.
- Flash Dry: A single-use motor
delivers a sudden, high
pressure burst of air that removes water from even the most stubborn,
hard to reach crevices and door jams.
- Premium Wax: Armorall’s top
product contains
ingredients from Northwestern Brazil’s indigenous Carnauba Plant, which
combines with the Clear Coat Wax to produce an unparalleled degree of
shine and polish with superior duration.
- Tire Shine: AutoDrop has partnered
with Black Magic

- Dry n’Shine: This mechanical dryer
