MAN ROLAND PRESSES - SALE TERMS & CONDITION
Up until November 12 the Man Roland Presses will be offered by private negotiation subject to the secured creditors (TDEF) approval. The Man Roland presses will not be included in the auction.  If any of the Man Roland presses have not been sold by November 12, 2012 Thomas Industries shall offer to sell the unsold press or presses by soliciting sealed bids from prior or new bidders under the same format utilizing the applicable Purchase Offer and Sales Agreement but subject to reserves (or minimum bid price(s) to be established by TDEF, at its sole discretion. TDEF shall have the right to reject any bid that is less than the applicable minimum reserve amount. The bids will be mailed to and received no later than the close of business Nov 20, 2012 by secured party’s attorney’s office Michael Maglio, Attorney -Robinson Cole-280 Trumbull Street Hartford, CT 06103-3597 860-275-8200 along with a 10% deposit made out to Attorney Michael Maglio Escrow Agent. The bids will be opened on November 21, 2012 subject to TDEF’S approval a bid will be awarded.
