Truck Loading Charges: All onsite rigging and truck loading, for non-carry out items, will be contracted with General Graphics. Buyer's will not be allowed to bring forklifts or other equipment onsite to remove their purchases. All non-carry out items will have pre-established truck loading charges that will be posted on the lot catalog.  All buyers will contract directly with  General Graphics,  without exception, will be responsible for these contract removal charges that are separate from their auction purchases and should bid accordingly. The only exception as to choice of rigger where applicable will be with the sale of lot 99 The Kodak Magnus 800 CTP System. The successful buyer of Lot 99 is not obligated to use General Graphics and may use an alternative rigger of their choice, provided whomever they choose provides Thomas Industries with an active insurance certificate.

Staggered Closing Times: Lots Have 60-Second Staggered Closing Times.

Auto Extend Bidding: If a bid is submitted with less than 3-minutes remaining, the closing time for that lot will be extended by 3-minutes.

Payment Due In Full: Friday, August 16, 2013

Removal: Final date for removal Friday, August 23, 2013.
